It has calmed down a lot of my irritation and texture. The consistency is very watery, so I often put 3 layers and found that my skin has been generally more resilient throughout the day. It does seem to be more soothing than hydrating, but hydrating nonetheless.

I like pile this toner a few times on my skin with hands. It decrease a high skin temperature without alcohol.
