Feels like water, but oh boy does it do wonders. Not only does it absorb beautifully, it also seems to be improving my skin when paired with other products. My textured skin is sooo much better now, the acne spots seem to be fading away, and everyone tells me my skin doesn't only look happier and healthier but that I'm glowing too!! Get it!! I love it!!

The seal on the toner was broke and the box was soaked when I went to open it. It is an excellent toner, a little to watery for my liking but it definitely does a good job.
