The Vegan Balancing Toner is a calming facial toner with green tea extract to soothe and hydrate your skin. I like the watery texture as it is not heavy on my skin and after applying two layers, my skin feels hydrated. It also have a light green tea fragrance. It also leaves a light glow to the skin which I love
