its like slightly thick milk but not too much thick . i like milky toner but i didn't like the smell . its herby
for the product itself i didn't see any ingredient that caught my eye and kinda pricy . for double hydration its pretty good !

Its a good milky texture, not absorb very quick. Your skin need time for absorb . Not to much smell.
