Got it for the first time after seeing reviews and several recommendations. I have a lot of hyperpigmentation and regularly get acne if I'm on my cycle. I started using this just as my cycle started and I was surprised when I didn't break out at all. It's been about a week since I started using this, so it's too early to say anything definite.
I can definitely guarantee that this didn't hurt at all. Didn't even tingled a little. I do have high pain tolerance due having been through multiple treatments to get rid of my acne and hyperpigmentation, so some might feel a bit more than a tingle.
