Star5 qty A very hydrating toner
jov...@ I love Tirtir and all their products. This toner is one of my favorites. I also like the original version to use during the winter, but this one suits me better for other seasons. Excellent hydration, does not clog pores and does not cause acne, and does not irritate the skin. Even when my skin is irritated it doesn't sting but soothes my skin.
