They are overhyped on social media in my opinion. I used it overnight and did not notice a huge difference in my skin after removing the mask. I will admit that these would be great for a longer flight to lock in moisture though!

I love this mask a lot, I use it before sleep or during the day but it should sit more than 4 hours for better results
