fair point, its taking very long time to see the effect of the eye cream, i would rate acceptable quality vs price. Smell good and good amount of moisture felt after application.

lop...@ I love this eye cream and i love the cute metal applicator it comes with. i like to run it under cold water for 10 seconds and then use it with the cream under my eyes it feels so cold and soothing
