the formula i think is effective, i used it and almost overnight my acne went noticeably down. the only complaint is the packaging of the product. the tweezers don't grab onto the cotton balls very well and i'm always dropping the cotton ball and end up having to just use my hands.

I recently knew that cosrx is among the boycott companies. I will not order from it again. I didn’t notice a huge difference after using this product, there are tons of alternatives.
