Zero does a very good job of removing cosmetics (incliding eye makeup though I do not use waterproof eye makeup). Rinses clean. Does not anger my skin. Leaves me feeling soft and smooth. I follow Zero with an anti-acne cleanser. The initial fragrance reminds me of last call in a dive bar - stale beer. Fortunately, it doesn't last long and is not offensive enough to stop using it. In fact, I will likely repurchase.
