What I love most about this product is that it's non-comedogenic and safe for fungal acne, which are rare to find in a rice-based skincare product. It helps brighten and soften my skin. It feels light and non-greasy on my skin. I also love how plump and soft it leaves my face. I'm usually picky with toners, but this one is perfect for my dry, dull skin! The Anua Rice Toner soothes and hydrates my skin. Doesn’t have any scent which I preferred.

I absolutely like the high amount of rice bran water used in this toner! I wasn’t expecting much from this product, but I fell head over heels in love with this! It just feels soooooo lovely on the skin and on top of that it brightens and hydrates the skin beautifully! This was really a love at first pat!
