I love this toner so much I put layer after layer on! It helps calm down my irritated skin (from acne). I’ve been using acne treatments lately so using this hydrating toner has helped me from getting dry skin. 10/10

I’ve been using the Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner and I’m really impressed. With 70% rice extract, it does a fantastic job at brightening my complexion and deeply hydrating my skin. The milky texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. It’s great for improving my glow and skin texture. However, if you have very dry skin, you might need an additional moisturizer.
