Items arrived in good condition. no damage noted. shipping took around 7days. Serum has slight tingly effect, no fragrance, easy to apply mask. I used this a week after the reedle shot 100, After use, there is a noticeable smoothness. I noticed you have to use these products atlease more than 2x onwards to really see and feel the effects
