It is very yummy and filled me up so I didn't overeat.
The only problem is that it got a little stuck in the bag so I wasn't able to eat it at first. I'll blame the cold though!

This flavor is actually so good, a yogurt flavor jelly and not too sweet. Which is of my living. I would definitely purchase again.
