It's a very lightweight toner with a thin watery consistency. I actually love this as I can feel the hydration effect even from the first layer. It doesn't sticky nor greasy, fast absorb, no slippery feels when you spread it on skin & somehow give an instan smooth skin feeling
.
It also provide a soothing & calming effect once you applied on skin. I usually use 3 layers of it because the texture is perfect for layering without the heaviness feeling. You can use it either by cotton pad or your hands. You also can use it for toner masking as it has cooling sensation that can calms your redness & sensitive skin. I think it's a great toner as it lightly hydrates & refreshing

* I like the watery consistency since my skin is combination of oily and sensitive. It helps to dry my acne’s faster and minimize my acne. It also doesn’t have any fragrance which is really suitable with sensitive skin. It’s oil free and alcohol free. I also love the bigger size of the product.
