This is very watery with little viscosity. It sinks into the skin quickly and you feel the skin being hydrated from within. Great for those with dehydrated skin but oily skin

I love this toner. It’s soothing and perfect for any time of day but particularly after the shower. It just seals my moisture in so well for pre skincare routine and I love it.
