mir...@ really good at hydrating. great for an extra layer of hydration, but not the most hydrating toner ive used.

Star5 qty perfect for balancing dehydrated skin!
jhs...@ I get super oily by the afternoon, and this was helpful in balancing that. I don't get as oily anymore ! <3
