Received recently my large order. All items came intact and in wonderful packaging except for this cream. I bought it as a present that went straight to the garbage. The jar was not completely closed and good amount of its content leaked inside its package. Did it somehow loosened up in a road? Was it already opened for a while or for a long time? I don’t know, I just know that it is unsafe to use. I tried to reach customer service but in vain, no response. I like stylekorean.com for its variety product offered, for their fast and efficient processing and delivery, but I don’t see that speed with problem solving., and honestly I don’t know how properly address such a problem as there is only email available. As to the cream, all I can say about it ( after trying to clean up the mess) that it has slight sent, very dense like a good paste and somewhat hard to rinse it off. But again, perhaps being fresh and unsealed has a different smell and consistency. Pity
