My skin get out of control every time I have that time of the month. Sometimes my acne can get ichy and irritated I can’t scratch. Every time I use this it’s like a cool and refreshing feeling on my skin. In the next day the acne is almost gone. I highly recommend it.

I use this as a mask when my skin is irritated. It's super great for sun burns! I wish it was in a tube packaging for hygienic use though
