Gel is light and cool refreshing. Feels a little sticky only for a few moments after application. Dries to regular skin feeling, not oily or dewy. Keeps skin cool in humid and hot summer weather. I did not find it that hydrating to use for any moisturizing purpose. Decent for the price and amount.

I've never tried aloe vera gel it's interesting and very jelly. It feels cooling I haven't tried it yet as a moisturizer just on my hands. I like the smell but I feel like I smell a hint of alcohol

This is the only aloe that I’ve used that is fast absorbing, doesn’t irritate my skin, and works extremely quick. I had severe sunburns that took six months to fade, but after using this my sunburn scar went away within a week.
