i've only used a couple times and after i use them my face feels softer but oh lordy does it sting when i first put them on. i looked up other reviews on other websites and they said that there is supposed to be a tingly feeling but maybe my under eye skin is more sensitive because it does hurt quite a bit and i don't feel the cooling at all. So just a warning if you think you may have sensitive skin. 

LOVE these! To be honest I´m not sure if they actually do anything to moisture the skin but I love the cooling feeling when you put them on. It really helps me sleep better when I put them on before I go to sleep.
