The product comes with a tool to help you scoop the product into your hand. The cleansing balm removes all my makeup and makes my face feel clean and fresh. I recommend it.

This has been my favorite cleansing balms so far! Melts my makeup right off! I may have to do two passes of it when I wear waterproof eyeliner, but that's about it! It does a great job cleansing without drying out my already dry skin!
