Shipping & Delivery | Can you send me the tracking number please??

I made the purchase 4 days ago, and i haven`t received the mail with the shipping information, I checked my account and it says shipped, but you havenñt send me the email as it used to be. Why the service suddenly is getting worst??, style korean used to be nice and fast. Not more than 24 hours to make the shipping and sending the confirmation email with the tracking number... Do i have to buy to rose rose shop now because you are becoming so slow and now you don´t have the chat attention you used to have...
