Suggested Use
1. Shake well prior to application to blend the bi-phase solution.
2. Moisten a cotton pad with remover and place on closed eyes and lip. Gently press and hold for 10 seconds to allow makeup to completely dissolve.
3. Gently sweep away until makeup is completely removed, without rubbing.
