Dries up your pimples. But not enough for really bad acne.

It has this sort of medicinal scent, which was fine for me, but maybe not for others.

j.g...@ I really do not have a skin problem but sometimes I have a few buttons. As I have combination skin and I like Skinfood, I wanted to test. No regrets ! This emuslion hydrate well and protects the skin. There is more oil throughout the day. But in winter, you need a cream and more because it is not enough to feed my skin.

iwi...@ I have normal skin with occasional acne primarily from picking my comedones. I bought this item since it was recommended for skin with acne and I was having them at the time. It honestly didn't do much for me. Well i guess it's because my skin irritations were due to my own reckless fingers picking on my closed comedones. So i gave this to my friend. And amazingly her acne dried up. It's not an instant fix but it really helped to clear up her skin. The product is quite hydrating for me though. And i like the scent. Some may not like it since it somehow smells medicinal, but it works for me.
