jan...@ It’s an okay toner, wouldn’t really need another thick moisturizer after applying this toner as it is moisturizing, but I didn’t really get to enjoy this much because the expiration was coming up around the corner when I was using this. There is a slight fragrance, reminding me of a powdery smell but it didn’t bother me
