Hello everyone! So today, I’ve brought a review from one of our 9 Wishes reviewers! Shout out to Adrianna Trzpil (IG: @glowchamber) for amazing reviews! You guys definitely need to check her others reviews as well! So, let’s start, shall we?

[9Wishes] Rice Water Sheet Mask

Description: “this innovative rice water sheet mask with an indulgence of rice water, a time honored traditional Korean skin care ingredient, delivers exceptional brightening and moisture in a single use. It replenishes the skin’s moisture and softens its surface.”

Key ingredients: rice bran extract, rice bran water, saccharomyces/rice bran ferment

Essence: milky, creamy

Review: I have to tell you that this is the first mask with creamy essence that I’ve ever used. Therefore, I was scared that 9wishes’ sheet mask may be “too much” for me but nothing could be further from the truth! The sheet is well soaked and as comfortable to wear as Benton’s sheet masks. The mask should be removed after 15-20 minutes and then magic happens; skin is much more moisturized without stickiness. What is more, when I woke up my skin was still moisturized, so wow (usually the effect of sheet masks is temporary in my case). 9wishes’ rice water sheet mask was also used by my mother (dry skin) and she also enjoyed it.

[9Wishes] Vanishing Balm

Description: “This Vanishing Balm brightens your skin tone instantly while minimizing the appearance of fine lines and pores. An antioxidant rich formula provides exceptional hydration, leaving skin smooth, and healthy all day”

Texture: milky, non-sticky

Main ingredients: Sea Water, Jojoba Seed oil, Niacinamide, a lot of various extracts 

How should I use it?

For Natural : Just needed vanishing balm

For Makeup : Mix BB, CC or Foundation with Vanishing Balm or use as Makeup Base

Review: I don’t get the idea of this balm. Yes, it does have a really nice list of ingredients but it should primarily brighten our skin tone. When I applied it after foundation, the effect of brightened skin disappeared immediately. So I tried another option - just vanishing balm! And what? The effect had been visible for 20 minutes and again disappeared. Okay, the description on the packaging says that you can re-apply as often as needed. Well, I think it’s definitely not for me. It gives a really beautiful effect of brightened skin but what’s the point of using that if it vanishes so fast? What a pity. When it comes to moisturizing Vanishing Balm is nice. However, I expected a brightening product, not just moisturizing one.

[9Wishes] Rose Capsule Essence

Main ingredients: Rose oil, Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Macadamia Seed Oil

Review: Just look at this bottle! It’s beautiful, isn’t it? The product contains something that looks like small rose petals. The list of ingredients is really good and I was afraid that the essence would leave a sticky layer but NO - it is so lightweight and easily absorbed by skin. Therefore, it’s a great option for AM routine. As you can see, the product contains various types of oil, which can be a good option for dry skin but not necessarily for combination/oily. Well, I think that Macadamia Seed Oil is simply “too much” for me because... 

Just look at the photo of my cheek. 

I usually have pimples on my chin, but on the other parts of my face? never. That’s always a sign that something is wrong with one of my cosmetics. It’s an interesting product but I decided to give it to my mother, it will be probably better for dry skin

[9Wishes] Hydra Skin Ampule Serum

Description: A perfect ampule, which is the perfect emergency remedy for the very dehydrated skin.

Main ingredients: Squalene, Hyaluronic acid, Coconut Water

How to use: “3 drops twice daily before applying moisturizer”

Review: I’ve always wanted to try something containing squalene! Many people claim it’s appropriate for every skin type and non-irritating. I have acne-prone skin, which is dehydrated, so this particular ingredient seemed to be a good choice. It’s a part of my PM routine. It’s not oily but still leaves an additional layer on your skin (which is not annoying but I prefer to use more lightweight products during day). I totally love how this product works - it didn’t break me out, provides an excellent level of hydration, well, I am impressed! Skin is moisturized, soft and looks more healthy. I think I will repurchase it. What about you? Have you ever used anything with squalene?
