The return request must be made within 14 business days from the order received date. Please contact us through the StyleKorean chatbot for request of the returns. After you send a request for the return form to our chatbot, we will check if it is possible or not. After we respond to your return request, you need to send the package to the shipping company. After you receive a tracking number for the package, please inform us within 7 days by leaving it on our chatbot.

The refund for the return can be processed after the item arrives at our warehouse, and it will appear on the customer's account within 14 days after we receive and process the return.
To receive a refund, you are able to choose one of the options we offer below as following the company policy.

A. The point on your account will be recharged as soon as we confirm your reply.

In the case of return due to the customer’s negligence or request, a refund will be provided excluding the shipping fee. Even if the order is shipped free of charge, we are still paying the shipping fee to the shipping company. Therefore, when you return it, we will proceed with the refund after deducting the shipping cost.
* Be aware! If the refund amount is negative after deducting the shipping fee, customers need to send the negative amount to the StyleKorean PayPal account.
** Any amount paid in points will be refunded in points.
We do not offer a return or refund in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell. We advise our customers to check the product ingredients and information carefully before purchasing the products.
StyleKorean is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend you select the trusted shipping company to ensure they arrive safely.
