I have seen this green tea cleansing stick by @neogen_global around for a while and always wanted to try it. I loved the idea of how it is travel friendly and in a really innovative retractable packaging, in fact it won the teen Vogue Acne Award in 2017! ⠀

First of all, I love the fact that I can chuck this in my gym bag and easily wash my face after a workout in the gym and not have to take a bulky leaking bottle with me. The cleansing stick has real green tea leaves and green tea seed oil to help remove any impurities, dirt, and make up you have while also unclogging pores. ⠀

The cleansing stick has a nice green tea scent and feels nice when you apply it directly to your damp face - you kind of give yourself a little massage ! If you're worried about hygiene of this method, you can also wet your hand or the stick itself and apply to your palm then apply to your face. ⠀

The green tea seed oil helps get rid of any light sunscreen and makeup, although I would advise to still double cleanse with an oil cleanser first if you can. The oil also helps to keep your skin hydrated while you get a good cleanse. It doesn't leave you skin stripped or feeling squeaky clean and it doesn't sting the eyes (love that for me)!⠀

Pimple patches are a must for me to have in my skincare stash, and if I run out I can easily feel a panic attack coming on. Pimple patches are amazing for pimples which have just come to a head and have been popped. ⠀

These A-Clear Soothing Clear Spot Patches from @neogen_official @neogen_global are hydrocolloid patches which absorb the gunk from those breakouts. It's a clear patch so it sits nicely on the skin and you can leave it on overnight and will wake up with your pimple basically drained of any fluids or other gunk that has been hiding under there ! A huge bonus, is that it stops you from touching your persky spot (stop touching it, I know your touching yours right now) . So on top of acting as an attractor for gunk and draining it out, it also acts as a protective barrier from your own grubby fingers. ⠀

Upon trying this for the first time, I noticed how incredibly thin they are. Now, I have tried a lot of acne patches, but these are definitely the thinnest I have ever tried. They also adhere to your skin really well, just apply to cleansed dry skin and it won't budge. I would honestly feel pretty confident wearing these out during the day as the thinner edges help to blur into your actual skin. They also come in two sizes, 10mm and 12mm. Really loving these !!⠀

I was gifted this bottle from @stylekorean_global to give my review on, but to be honest this is my third bottle (the last two I purchased) which shows how much I really love this product.

 

 

 

I haven't tried the SKII Facial Treatment Essence, but I've heard from those who have used both that this is an amazing dupe from @neogen_global @neogen_official . Its very thin and watery but is surprisingly hydrating and is good at brightening the skin upon application. This first treatment essence is made up of 93% skin-compatible naturally fermented ingredients and it is recommended to be used as the first treatment/base layer of your skincare routine. I really like this essence as its lightweight, but absorbs really nicely and is great for a boost of moisture. My favourite time to use this is during the summer time due to my drier skin. During winter, I'll use a more heavy duty essence, but this is my go to for summer mornings.

5. NEOGEN REAL FERMENT MICRO SERUM

I first saw this bottle of magic goodness months ago in Myer. I loved the micro essence so so much that I was so keen to try the serum version, but never ended up picking it up. @Stylekorean_global have gifted this serum to me to share my honest opinion with you all which means that I got to try one of my long awaited skincare products !!

This serum is basically the sequel version of @neogen_global @neogen_official cult favourite micro essence. It has a mix of naturally fermented ingredients which gives your skin lots of good antioxidants. The texture is a lightweight creamy gel which absorbs really nicely and leaves you immensely hydrated and looking brighter. Its texture reminds me of a pudding or custard which rubs in really nicely. I actually love this in the morning to boost my hydration.
