	Upset with Customer Service
pyn...@	After waiting 4 days for my order to process and ship, I finally got an email telling me that this item is no longer instock, it's been a few days since that email and they still haven't change the stock inventory on the website, I can only image how many other annoyed customers they have. And when I ordered, they had a 5% coupon that didn't work, I asked them to apply it, they said they will give me 3 points to my account, 5% of $200 is not 3 points, it should 10 points. I've had really bad experiences with this website the last 2 orders.
