I was initially hesitant to use this serum because it contains 10% niacinamide. While 5% niacinamide is typically ideal for the skin to gain its full benefits, a 10% concentration can sometimes be too strong, potentially damaging the skin barrier and causing irritation. So far, it has been fine, and I haven’t noticed any irritation, though I avoid using it every night due to the concerns I mentioned. I also have the light pink version with 5% niacinamide, which I feel comfortable using every night.

I purchased this product because I know that exosomes are important in skincare. Exosomes are small vesicles that play a crucial role in cell communication and skin regeneration, delivering active ingredients directly to targeted skin cells for enhanced efficacy. I was very excited to try this product. However, I couldn’t find any information on the percentage of AHA, BHA, and PHA acids in this formula. I reached out to the official Medicube US website, and they informed me that they didn’t have the answer but would consult the team responsible for this information. It’s been two months now, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’m still waiting for a response. They keep asking for patience, but I find it hard to understand why the exact percentage of active ingredients is not readily available, especially since it’s marketed as an AHA, BHA, PHA “shot” for pore reduction. The texture is lightweight,and I use it as the first step in my routine. It’s noticeably less intense compared to VT100

I like the 100ml more than the 50ml as its hard to get all the product out when you're running out at the end, but this size is good for travel! I bought the shades Berry in Black and Kaya Fig. I really like the texture. After applying it and the balm layer wears off, a tint or color remains. I don't like the Berry in Black shade because, when I apply several layers, it becomes too intense for my complexion. I think it would be better suited for people with darker complexions or pigmented lips. Kaya Fig is a nice shade for everyday wear, more nude and subtle.

After using it, my skin has a nice glow. I haven’t been using it long enough to say if I've noticed significant progress, but if I do see improvement, I will definitely buy another bottle.

The composition is very good. Tranexamic acid is the second ingredient in the formula, right after water, and niacinamide is fourth on the list. However, it doesn't suit me to use it every night because I have very sensitive skin. I use it as an intensive treatment two or three times a week.
