One of the best balm cleansers ever! Proper empty with nothing left in the tub. So easy to use and doesn't irritate my eyes at all when using it to remove eye makeup. I can even open my eyes with product massaged onto eyelids and no stinging sensation. Will definitely repurchase again.

This is a good cleansing balm that gets rid of all your makeup and it doesn't irritate my eyes 

not a huge fan of the scent, but it works really well to clean off all my makeup

i love this balm... if compared to the clean it zero, i honestly feel like it does the same work to be honest. i usually buy which ever is cheaper that day. It melts waterproof mascara really well and it doesn't burn your eyes.

I purchased this one when there was a sale, I think I spent like $5 on this, so it is definitely worths the money! It cleans my make up as it is supposed to, I like it because it doesn't have a strong and overwhelming scent like some other Korean skincare products! Worth trying!

When I looked at the ingredients I noticed it had some comedogenic things in it and I was skeptical to try it, but it was ALL THE RAGE, and so I had to give it a shot. I have to say that it is the single best oil cleanser I have ever used and I just don't know how. I have sensitive skin, and I am seriously prone to acne, but this has never broken me out. And even though it's a bit expensive for the amount you get, I have now purchased it for a 3rd time, because others just can't stand up to it.

I have dry and did make-up remover did not dry out my skin. It feels really clean. And doesn't leave a oil feeling.

This balm cleanser removes make-up very well! Just didn't like the extra effort of the packaging and having to use a spatula, etc

The texture is weird. But when you apply it, it melts in a kind of oil. It removes all my makeup, even the waterproff one which is tough to remove. The packaging is great too. The only problem is the price.

I've bought my second one recently. Love using this, but I must say that I wouldn't put it over my eye makeup. Vision goes a little blurry. Must use a different eye make up remover and then use this for the rest of your face.

it cleans just right, and emulsify a lot when water is added. the best part is, its vey gentle to my acne prone skin. a great buy.

I like the menthol feel after using it, very cooling and calming

This oil cleanser gets rid of all my makeup, even super waterproof mascara (even the Isehan Kiss me heroine mascara). Would recommend!

This product does claim to remove eye makeup, but I find that when I use it on my eyes, my vision gets cloudy during the milky phase and stays that way until it is fully rinsed away; however, it doesn't burn and is just annoying. It also still leaves makeup residue, so I prefer to remove my eye makeup in a separate step.

 

My face always feels soft and moisturized after this oil cleansing step and I can trust that my face makeup has fully been removed. I have used two of these. The only thing I don't like about this product is that I need a separate cleanser for my eyes.

 

 

It cleans all of my waterproof mascara and stain/tinted lip products away.

It does the job well, no breakouts and cleans off makeup well. The smell isn’t my favorite but it’s not too over powering.

not only does this balm melt away even the most stubborn makeup, but it also dissolves the oil on my skin! and instead of stripping my skin, it moisturizes and cleans off well with a water cleanser.
