1. Add a small amount of Meliturn Ampoule into the cartridge and securely attach the air pump 2. Shake the cartridge gently about 5 times to ensure the ampoule flows into the air pump 3. With the device powered off, attach the cartridge, then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on 4. Press the power button briefly to switch intensity modes (L or H), and press the LED button briefly to switch LED modes (green or red) 5. Gently press the device onto the target area, and when finished press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it off
