What are the membership levels at StyleKorean?

StyleKorean offers four membership tiers based on your total purchase amount within each cycle period. Cycle periods are divided into two per year: Cycle 1 runs from January 1 to June 30, and Cycle 2 runs from July 1 to December 31. The four tiers and their required spending are as follows. Newbie is for members with a total purchase amount between $0 and $99. Rookie requires $100 to $499. Muse requires $500 to $999. Glow Master requires $1,000 or more.

How can I check my tier and its validity?

Go to My Account to view your current tier, accumulated spending, and benefit details. Your tier is updated on a daily basis. If your spending falls below your current tier's threshold by the end of the cycle, you will be downgraded by one tier at the start of the next cycle.

How do reward points work?

Reward points are earned on completed orders and can be used like cash at checkout, where 1 point equals USD $1. A minimum of 1 point is required to redeem. Points are earned at different rates depending on your membership tier. Newbie members earn 0.5%, Rookie members earn 1.0%, Muse members earn 2.0%, and Glow Master members earn 2.5% of the paid order amount. Points expire 6 months after issuance and cannot be transferred or shared. Only registered members can earn and use points.

How do membership coupons work?

A membership coupon is automatically issued to your account when you first reach a new tier. Rookie members receive a 2% coupon with no minimum order requirement. Muse members receive a 4% coupon, and Glow Master members receive a 5% coupon, both of which are valid only on orders of $100 or more. Coupons apply to product price only, excluding shipping fees and taxes. They are valid until the end of the current cycle, either June 30 or December 31. Coupons are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to others. Only registered members can use membership coupons.

Can membership coupons be combined with other coupons?

Yes. Membership coupons can be used together with other coupons. They are applied after any promotional coupons have been applied first. If you upgrade tiers mid-cycle, your previous tier's coupon remains valid until the end of that cycle.

How does tier upgrading work?

If your accumulated spending during a cycle reaches a higher tier's threshold, your tier will be upgraded the following day and remain valid until the end of that cycle. A new membership coupon for the upgraded tier will also be issued at that time. For example, if you start Cycle 2 as a Rookie and spend $500 on July 2, you will be upgraded to Muse on July 3. If you then spend an additional $500 on July 10, bringing your total to $1,000, you will be upgraded to Glow Master on July 11. Both upgrades remain valid through December 31.

How does tier downgrading work?

Tiers are recalculated at the start of each new cycle based on your spending from the previous cycle. If your spending does not meet your current tier's threshold by the end of the cycle, you will be downgraded by one tier. For example, if you are a Glow Master but make no purchases during the cycle, you will be downgraded to Muse at the start of the next cycle.

How do I maintain my current tier?

You must meet the minimum spending threshold for your current tier by the end of the cycle. For example, to maintain Rookie status, your accumulated purchases must reach at least $100 by December 31.

This membership policy took effect on July 1, 2025, and is subject to change or discontinuation at StyleKorean's discretion. By participating in the membership program, you agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions. 1. Tier Updates Membership tiers are updated every 6 months on January 1 and July 1, based on your accumulated purchase amount (in USD) from the previous cycle. If your spending during a cycle meets the criteria for a higher tier, your tier will be upgraded the following day and remain valid until the end of that cycle. Points & Coupons You can check your points and coupon details in My Account > My Wallet and apply them at checkout. All amounts are calculated in USD. Muse (4%) and Glow Master (5%) coupons are valid only on orders of $100 or more. Coupons are issued sequentially — if yours is not yet visible, please contact our support team via live chat. 3. Promotions Special promotions, including exclusive member deals, may be available from time to time. Check your account regularly so you don't miss out. <Example> All amounts are in USD. The following is based on a member with $400 in Cycle 1 purchases, starting Cycle 2 as Rookie on July 1. - Upgrade Scenario Spending $500 on July 2 (total: $900) upgrades you to Muse the next day. An additional $500 on July 10 (total: $1,000) upgrades you to Glow Master. A new coupon is issued with each upgrade, both valid through December 31. - Tier Maintenance Scenario To maintain Rookie tier, accumulate at least $100 in purchases by December 31. - Downgrade Scenario If your Cycle 2 total is less than $100 by December 31, you will be downgraded to Newbie at the start of the next cycle.
