Star5 qty Final toner in my 7 Skin Routine
mon...@ I am on my second bottle of this toner. It is the perfect ceramics toner and helps seal in moisture from the other layers I use. It's slightly thicker than other toners and it doesn't drip or run all over. This will definitely be a staple in my morning and night routines!
